Data from information requests
In the event of information requests made by email or telephone or form on the website, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the provided data with the sole purpose of answering the above requests. The data are processed on the legal basis of providing a service that the data subject is part of.
Pidielle S.p.A. will keep track of the contact on its information system, on the legal basis of its own legitimate interest, i.e.:

Data for order management
In order to manage all the orders received, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided with the aim of concluding the purchase contract, upon the legal basis which legitimizes the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party.
The data will be kept for up to 10 years from the last invoice received, subject to legal disputes.

Pidielle S.p.A invites its contacts to subscribe to its newsletter. In this case, the data subject will no longer receive newsletters from Pidielle S.p.A.

If contact details are provided during events (where the availability of the herein information sheet is always stated), Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided on the legal basis of its own legitimate interest, i.e.:

During training courses, personal details may be communicated that Pidielle S.p.A. only to be used to issue the individual attendance certificate. In this case, the data are processed on the legal basis of providing a service requested by the data subject, and on the legal basis of Pidielle S.p.A. 's legitimate interest (i.e. to provide a better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests).
The data will be deleted 2 years after the date of the training course, or processing will be interrupted (or restricted) upon request by the data subject.

During training courses, participants can provide us with their own email and telephone contact details, for which the above must be referred to.
Collecting data on social networks
Pidielle S.p.A. processes data as a joint controller, together with the social network provider (who autonomously provides an information sheet), belonging to the visitors to our pages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest) using the tools provided by the channel provider itself (which also uses cookies and other tracking tools): visit analysis, interaction with users, forwarding of non-private messages and other activities foreseen by the channel. processing takes place legally thanks to the data subject’s consent provided when registering on the social network, to answer requests, for the controller’s legitimate interest (tracking its own interactions with users, assessing corporate image, marketing). Data are stored by social network channels, according to the rules established by the latter.

These personal data are not communicated to parties outside Pidielle S.p.A. and are not exported outside social channels unless requested by the data subjects (for example if they provide their own email address). In these cases, the applicable purposes and modes of processing are the ones described in the other sections.
Our suppliers’ data are usually legal entities. During any work relationship, we may collect contact data for individuals. This will take place on the legal basis of di Pidielle S.p.A.'s legitimate interest, i.e. to aid relations with the supplier or potential supplier.
Each supplier is responsible for informing individuals about its own organization for which it communicates data to di Pidielle S.p.A. about the purposes as above.
Data will be stored for up to 10 years after the last invoice received or from the end of any legal action.

In the event that you send a curriculum vitae or that data is collected during recruitment interviews, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided for the exclusive purpose of assessing and selecting people for future collaborations. This process is carried out on the legal basis of providing a service requested by the data subject.
The data will be stored for up to 2 years from receiving the CV or from completing the last interview unless the subject is hired.
COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTY COUNTRIES
Personal data will be communicated to parties outside Pidielle S.p.A. only for services such as information technology services, administration-accounting, contract-manufacturing, filling and packing).
Further subjects are providers of cloud information technology services. In these cases, the personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA. In these cases, Pidielle S.p.A. will preferably use providers in the EEA; otherwise, it will check the suitability of the provider in accordance with what has been established by current legislation, the European Commission and the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The subjects stated above act as “data processors”.
