What is the delivery time?
We undertake to deliver your products within 1-2 working days (except in hard-to-reach areas) after receipt of your order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We do not guarantee these times during particular periods of the year (public holidays, Black Friday, etc.), in the event of courier strikes or force majeure (weather conditions). We recommend that you always check that the address you have entered for delivery is correct before confirming your order.
What are the shipping costs?
We guarantee FREE delivery throughout Italy.
By which courier are the products shipped?
We use GLS express courier and for hard-to-reach areas, TNT express courier.
PAYMENTS
Which payments are accepted?
You can pay via:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Ideal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, payment on delivery (cash on delivery).
Are payments secure?
When you place an order and provide your payment details, your credit card details are protected against unauthorised access by SSL encrypted data transfer, not accessible to third parties.
Is it possible to request an invoice?
Once the order has been placed, the customer can request an invoice from our customer service department at the following e-mail address mood@moodme.store indicating the invoicing data and the order number for which the invoice is being requested
d. Can I pay delivery? We are not currently enabled to receive payment on delivery of goods.
ORDERS
How do I place an order?
select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart;
log in to your account, create a new account or continue as a guest;
enter your shipping address;
choose your payment method and confirm your order;
you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your order.
Do I have to be registered to purchase?
You do not need to be registered to purchase, but you will not be able to view orders placed in your private area.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
You can place what you want in your shopping cart without a minimum purchase amount.
Is it possible to change an already completed order?
You can change your basket at any time, but once you have received confirmation of your purchase, you cannot change your order.
Can I receive free samples?
The number of free samples the customer is entitled to is 2.
How can I cancel an order?
We invite you to place your orders with great care, as once your order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Are the products tested on animals?
In compliance with current European legislation on cosmetic products which prohibits animal testing in this category, MOOD brand cosmetic products are not tested on animals.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are designed, formulated and manufactured in Italy.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply click on 'account' in the site's main menu and then on the 'create account' link, fill in the form fields (first name, last name, email, and password) and click on the 'create' button.

Subscribing to the newsletter is very simple. Just enter the e-mail address with which you wish to register in the box at the bottom of our homepage, under the heading SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER. Subscribing to the Newsletter is completely free!
