How to use
At the end of the perming time, after rinsing and towel-drying the hair, apply the neutraliser, passing it over each curler more than once. Leave on for 5 minutes and gently remove the curlers. Apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair and leave on for a further 5 minutes.
