INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF COSMETIC SURVEILLANCE DATA
The legislation and regulations concerning the protection of personal data require we inform you about the processing of your data provided for cosmetic surveillance reports.
The data controller is Pidielle S.p.A., with registered office in Via Bergamina 7, 20014 Nerviano (Mi).
The data referring to you will be processed for the management of reports of undesirable effects that may occur in the consumer following the use of cosmetic products and which, if serious, must be notified to the pertinent Member State authorities.
Your data, once anonymized, will be further processed to conduct quality and safety tests and tests of our products. Your data is processed on the legal basis of consent and compliance with the legislation in force concerning cosmetic surveillance (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 Art. 23 for Europe and Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 - SEC. 605 for USA). The data will be stored up to 10 years after the last batch has been placed on the market.
Your data will not be used for profiling purposes.
To perform some of the activities related to the processing of your personal data on our behalf, Pidielle S.p.A. may communicate part of its data to outsourcers. For example, control authorities and companies that run our IT systems.
Additional entities are cloud computing service providers. In these cases, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA. In these cases, Pidielle S.p.A. will preferably use suppliers in the EEA; otherwise, it will verify the suitability of the supplier in accordance with current legislation, the European Commission and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
The subjects indicated above act as "data processors". Their list is available at the Pidielle S.p.A. administration department. In the case of the Authorities, they act as autonomous "controllers".
We remind you that you can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21 and 22 of European regulation 2016/679. In particular:
- obtain, if not prevented by laws or regulations, access to your personal data, their correction or deletion and the limitation of their processing; yo;
- withdraw consent to the processing;
- send a claim to Pidielle S.p.A. or to the National Supervisory Authority (in Italy it is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data) following the instructions on its website.
